Okay this is super belated
but better late than never!
So my baby sister and I went for
a baking class by Ecole De Patisserie
in Damansara Perdana earlier this month.
Our head chef who instructed us
on what to do and actually helped us
a lot on most of the steps.
Okay so we had 3 types
of bread to learn for the day.
1) Italian Focaccia
2) Garlic Herb Bread
3) Scones
And we choose to do some with machine
and some hand-knitted.

There were others that did
triangular and heart shaped scones too haha
but me and my sister stuck to the ol' regular
traditional shape, round. :)
