Busy Busy Smurf.

It's tiring enough
that i hardly have time
to sit and blog anymore.

I was out with friends yesterday
and they're telling me to rush even more,
when clearly i thought i could slow down
a little for now.

Ive 5 exams out there
ahead of me that im suppose to take
and i cant even find the time to do so.

The fact now i realised
how important contacts are,
ive to force myself to be out there,
networking, mingling after working hours
and despite how tired or allergic i am to alcohol.

Who said only people in sales
are the ones doing the networks,
we especially have to do too
for the sake of our careers.

But where to start?

People said it takes years,
takes to know the right people
to hangout with
and that isnt easy.

As for the my fave art director,
(yes i forgot to mention he's promoted!)
things are going pretty smooth for him.

He's been getting more
freelance work (plus office work)
and that only means
less time for me.

But im proud of him
because as workaholic as the boy is,
he's starting to be able
to handle his financials better.

Oh and a huge congratulations
on winning one of the American design awards
(i'll ask him later on the details -_-)
for one of designs with his
two other colleagues.

I knew you could make it big! :)
