So ive always had an idea.
It constantly changes a lil'
but the backbone idea
was always there.
Okay im about to reveal
more than what i usually would
about the wedding.
Ive always decided
on a customised wedding gown.
I initially wanted 2-3 customised gowns to change
but then i decided to stick with only one
due to a tight budget constraint.
Okay I wont exactly say
how the top is going to look like,
but it was going to be a big tulle.
I never liked white WHITE gowns
so it was definitely going
to have either the shades of champagne,
ivory, pinkish white
or an off-white sort of colour.
I even found the perfect designer
that was going to customise for me
and buy it back within a 20-50% range.
Until, i fell in love with one off the rack.
It looks kinda of a mixture between
Victoria Beckham's wedding gown
and a famous piece by Carven Ong.
And when i wore it,
it just felt like
'Omg. This is THE dress.'
The same feeling i had
when i walked into my venue
and thought,
"Oh. My. God. I have to have my wedding HERE."
I loved it so much
that i had to try it on twice
on that same day just to see
if i really loved it.
Something definitely feels amiss
but i cant put a finger on if its because
i looked so tired and make-up-less
or because it isnt a tulle and not customised for me.
Okay then again, i also had doubts
about my perfect venue.
Because it was half indoor and half outdoor,
i was worried if it was going to be humid
or if the buffet queue was going to be too long
or if there was even enough place to have
our first dance as a couple.
And i guess i have to learn
to accept the fact,
that i would always be worried
about having the perfect wedding
and it stresses me out all the time. :(
Yes, even if it is more
than a year to the wedding. -_- haha!
Hm. Okay i gotta stop rambling.
Gotta shower and get ready
to go home to see my parents
before heading off to meet
with one of the most top-notch
and talented wedding photographer
later in the afternoon.
