A week before the wedding.

Here's just a documentation
as usual for my blog
random (not in order) events
that happened a week
leading up to our big day.

Majorly last minute
but the boy finally picked up
his suits and tux ready for the wedding.

All were custom tailored and designed
by Ron Ng of Ron Tailor Made,
located at Plaza Damas.

Everything including the groomsmen's bow ties
were all designed, handmade and kindly sponsored
by Ron, who has been a tailor for nearly 24 years now!

The boy just lovesssss him! x

Finally had time
to pick up my wedding gowns. :)

The bottom left dress in the 2nd picture
had to be altered 4 times
before i finally stopped losing weight. -_-

Cant complain though to see them so excited
for my big day. :)

Just had to post these.

My girls trying out styles at home
with their convertible bridesmaids' dresses.

So damn cute. HEHE.

Playing tourist to my bridesmaids!

People who know me well knows
that ive alot of acquaintance
but im not the best in
keeping in touch with my friends.

However, this is what i love about my friends;
When we do get together to talk,
its like the communication never stopped
and we can chat away for hours and hours! :)

Im so lucky to have the most
wonderful friends,
that a girl can ever ask for. xxx




My gorgeous bridesmaids
who flew in many thousand miles
just to celebrate with me.

Took the girls to the
Ming Tien foodcourt in Taman Megah, PJ
and it was an absolute cultural shock to them
as everyone came serving food
in Malay, English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

They were so confused, too cute!




EuFox and Nelly had volunteered the next day to
bring all of us to Raju's (Off Jalan Gasing),
which was literally an under-a-tree Indian food experience
and i dont think all of them fancied it. HAHA!

Next, brought them for dessert
at Brickfields for the famous
Goreng Pisang, Cendol and also ABC!
(nearby YMCA and the blind school)




For dinner,
the girls and I headed to the most
touristy part of Kuala Lumpur,
which was the KLCC twin towers
for the water fountain show, shopping and dinner.






Miin joined us too! :D





And for dinner,
the girls decided its time for a break
from all the spicy, Malaysian food
and chose to dine at Ben's.




It's prolly the best food they had so far
in the last 24 hours alongside this delicious
apple crumble for dessert. HAHA!

I spent a few nights with the girls
just staying up late and chatting away,
updating each other on each others' lives. :)




All worn out and finally home!

This is the anti-social part of the night! HAHA!

Back home and all checking our facebook
emails and instagrams. HAHA!




Oh and did i mention about the
gorgeous wedding gifts they got me?

Love them to bits! x

2 months.

The other day we were about to head to bed
when the boy suddenly hugged me from behind and said:

Him: Ive been thinking about something for some time now...
Me: Oh? What is it?
Him: Hmm.. nah its okay. Nothing.
Me: Why? What is it?
Him: It's nothing. Its too emotional to say. Everytime i think about it, i feel like crying.
Me: Why?? Its okay. We can talk about it?
Him: Hm... okay. Its just recently i read an article about this guy in the army.
Me: Ahuh.
Him: He lost both his legs in the war but his fiance decided to stay with him no matter what and she did.
Me: Oh...ah hm.
Him: ... but the incident made him very bitter, changed him and he became a very angry person due to his incapability. They eventually split up. Not because of his disability but because he has changed to be someone different and verbally abusive.
Me: Oh. no. Hm. Thats sad...
Him: Yeah but i was thinking, could it be that he had done that on purpose so that she would leave? You know, so that he wouldnt be a burden and she could move on with her life? And then i thought if that ever happened to me, I wouldnt want to burden you too...

Aih love.

I know we havent exactly had
the most smoothest
first 2 months of marriage,
but I know for sure i've never regretted
one bit of choosing to be your wife
and theres nothing that will change that.

Happy 2nd month anniversary, darling
and many more to come. :) x
