Planning the finances.

So i wrote a couple of days ago
about me managing my finances
and our finances as a soon-to-be new family.

I never got to post it up
because i felt it was too deep,
but something this morning happened to me
that made me realise i really needed more money
for a bigger 'rainy' day.

Me and the boy both have
a great savings and insurance plan
with Prudential.

I admit its difficult to fork out
a large sum to pay for the premium
but it takes me off the worries
about our future children's college fund
and also for the retirement.

I had been so busy planning my finances
for both the wedding and future savings,
that i didnt realise how stretched out i was
on more near term expenses needed urgently.

I broke down literally
and called the boy
who was still in his slumber.

Poor boy was so shocked to hear me
crying so hard over the phone at 8am.

I mean just as i thought all debts
were almost over by August,
more piles in to pay urgently to.

Looks like its back to the drawing board. :'(
