Some pictures on the wedding.

With only 5 days to the wedding,
I thought i'd like to finally share
some pictures of the work-in-progress
leading to the wedding day. :)

Sang Jit Day!

This is on Sangjit day eve
where my grandmother and mum
are busy wrapping up all the gifts.

Sangjit day is a Chinese tradition
that is also known as the day the groom gives dowry
to the bride's family to ask her hand in marriage
and seeing that this was going to be my
one and only special day,
i wanted every tradition to be followed. :)

And so Sanjit day...

Our wedding suite!

Our new bed for the wedding suite
at my in-laws place. :)

Mum and dad-in-law fixing up
my dresser for the wedding suite!

Absolutely loving it.

Other random work-in-progress pictures!

Our gorgeous wedding invitations,
paired up with some gorgeous *stationary*
that came all the way from Hong Kong.

Will preview this more
in detail later! :)

My talented in-laws
that did up all of these from scratch.

We were so surprised
with all of their own DIYs
and i cant wait to see them all
being used for the wedding!

The boy getting some tailoring action
from Ron the tailor in Plaza Damas,
the best one ever. ;)

My eager mum
who has already done
all the packing for us
while we were all busy at work.

It's lil things like these
that really helps ease our burden. :)

If you dont already know,
our theme is based on the *'Twilight'* wedding.
(dont laugh! haha)

It's not going to have vampires
or any werewolves but just purely based
on the wedding scene with the gorgeous ambience.

So I requested for this to be written
on the ribbon of my flower bouquet
that's a famous line from the movie.

And my father-in-law made this for me
after problems and after more problems
on finding the right stationary to write
on satin cloths without it smearing.

This turned out so well.
Totally perfect.

And lastly thanks to my dad
who bought a whole bunch of these bio-oil
from Africa (which is apparently MUCH cheaper from there)
that has become my staple
to my beauty regime as a soon-to-be bride.

We're so totally blessed. :)

More soon! xxx
