This came in the mail
a few weeks back.




If you remember i adopted
a baby OrangUtan in February
during my trip to *Sandakan*,
its been 6 months
since we last heard about him
and so the rehabilitation centre
sent us an update report on *Sen*.





Isnt he gorgeous?

And im glad he's doing fine
now for a 4 year old.

The centre had been recently training him
to build nests and look for food in the wild
to prepare him when he's mature enough
to run free.

They all grow up so fast, isnt? :')

It may not be original
but i love how you always
associate cartoons with real-life
and it was how i was so drawn
to you initially. :)

Ive so much to learn,
it kills me that the market
is moving at bull speed without me.

I really hate counting
losses from gains.

So pain can die dot com. T_T haha!

You're my inspiration,
second to Warren Buffet
and i want to grow up
to be just like you! haha!

Our last day
and our last trip
to the Proboscis Monkey sanctuary
before flying back home.







In case you cant see from the pictures,
Proboscis Monkeys have long noses,
in fact they look like they have
*ehem* male reproductive systems
on their faces. -_-





Back to the hut.

Damn we were lucky
to catch a wild one!




And there was this otter
which the workers there
kept as a pet and named it Jack.







It was so cute
and playful
but i was too afraid
to actually play with it
so i occasionally layan-ed it
when it came to me. heh





After waiting for a VERY long time,
the Silver Leaf Monkeys
showed up!






They were so many of them
and all around us!

It's so weird
they ain't afraid
of human contacts at all
as they busily ate their fresh long beans.






I insisted on trying
a local delicacy
and we tried 'Coto'
which was absolutely smurflicious!





It's ketupat (a malay dumpling)
in peanut sauce.

Sounds weird?

If you'd know me well,
im not exactly the most
adventurous person when it comes
to trying new food,
but this was just amazing!





Damn its making me hungry now. -_-

And before flying off,
I managed to get a souvenir
for myself that reminded me
of Baby *Sen*
that I wont be able to see for quite sometime.

Movie Review: Iron Man 2





You know how you're so afraid
sequels usually wreck up the first part?

Well get ready to be blown away
because Iron Man 2 gets better
and better.

And im not just talking about
how much my saliva had been drooling
at Robert Downey Jr during the show,
he's just so perfect for the character
and many of you would agree with me
that im not just being bias. ;p

Im not giving any spoilers here
but just to let you know
that the show is getting better.

The best part is i just heard
they are already in production
for their 3rd sequel for Iron Man!

AND SHERLOCK HOLMES PART II TOO!!

So what are you waiting for?

Go watch it in your nearest
local cinema now!

My baby boy has orange hair.

Okay ive announced it on *Twitter*
about a few weeks ago
but ive yet to announce it here officially...

Yes the boy and I adopted
a baby Orang Utan
during our trip to Sandakan!

We had the opportunity
to visit the rehabilitation centre
during our trip
and just decided to jointly adopt
the baby male Orang Utan!

So here's our baby Sen,
(he is named after one of the doctors
in the rehabilitation centre!),
who has orange hair
and is only 3 and a half years old!






Cheeky lil boy.

Isnt he cute???

Unfortunately for us,
we werent allowed to hold him
due to his young age
and very low immune system
to human disease
as Orang Utans are about 96%
the same as humans!

So they can contract our disease
(such as flu, diarrhoea etc)
but have absolutely
no immune system against it
and hence alot of them has since
died after being affected. :(





We are proud parents!
