Who knew it was THAT difficult
to make a caesar salad?
Burned my fingers
trying to make that perfect look
for a hard boil egg.
(Although i think i need to improve
on my cutting/ decorating skills haha)
But no doubt,
a wonderful and healthy meal!
Plus ive perfected my skills
to the perfect marination for my chicken. :)

Chicken
Cherry Tomatoes
Olives
Hard boiled egg (6 mins)
Lettuce (obviously haha)
Caesar salad dressing

So mum's company
had their annual family day
a couple of weeks back
at Skytrexx in Shah Alam
and it was a great turn out!
