Baking at 5am.






Woke up one morning
and couldnt go back to bed
so i decided to raid my tiny kitchen
and pursue my latest passion, baking.




Ive done this previously before *here*,
so you can refer to the steps and ingredients (only 2!) list.




Another reason I decided to whip up
this easy recipe is because I had
ripe bananas sitting on the counter.

Ripe banana tend to be mushier but sweeter
and I love to freeze them up
to make smoothies, popsicles and ice cream!

What else would you make with frozen bananas?
