Funny how time flies by so quickly.
To tell you the truth,
we havent exactly had a weekend free
since the wedding a month ago.
Someone told me as well,
his took up to about 2 and a half months
for all the (wedding) dusts to settle down,
example: wedding bills, wedding photos/videos to come in,
overseas friends/ family will slowly disperse,
settling down into new home together etc etc.
And i couldnt agree more,
our final overseas guests/relatives,
just flew back home a week ago
and we're still getting into routine
on which family to spend time with and
on which weekend and also to split time
lunch/ dinner with which family/ friends,
without interrupting our alone time as newlyweds.
Sad to say, we havent gone around to,
as work has been piling in along with
new responsibilities to the in-laws
(not that we're not enjoying it!)
and I cant say that it has actually sunk in yet
that ive been Mrs. Sah for a whole month now.
But for now, I absolutely love waking up
every single morning next to my new husband
although nothing much has changed
with the boy still buzzing away
with new projects at work,
im practically home alone (dinning alone)
every single meal on a weekday.
But with exciting times ahead for me as well,
I embark on with new projects of my own as well
as of last Saturday.
Lets just hope all goes well
and despite having no break or timeout
since the wedding,
we have some mini holiday trips planned
starting in December 2013!
And yes, i'll plan about the wedding soon!
