Adidas VIP Sale @ PJ Trade Centre

Was invited to the Adidas VIP Sale last week
and brought my baby sister along.

I usually cant shop in crazy crowded areas
but i managed to find a lovely piece (and cheap too!)
from within the piles.

There were so many people that were buying
the special edition Star Wars by Adidas
jacket and shoes.

I even overheard a bunch in front of me saying,
that the shoes werent even in his size
but he was buying them just to collect. O_o






After shopping we went
to a lil cafe called Aloha
and found out that all the waiters
and chefs were deaf and dumb.

I love how the owner
has provided these people an opportunity
to work in such a cozy environment.

They were really welcoming
and energetic!

It's quite a cute concept
as they also provide customers
with some sign language help
to communicate with the employees.

However with much difficulty,
we could manage to only order
this egg sandwich with no drinks. -_-
(because it was so difficult to explain
that we wanted a glass and not a bottle of water.)

New Headphones.


Was at the IT fair over the weekend
with my future parents-in-law,
the boy, MachoGary and Yish.

Was hovering over a stall
that sells headphones
as i needed new ones.

Future mum-in-law: What are you looking for?
Me: Oh im looking for headphones that hooks to your ear.
Future mum-in-law: What about your current ones?
Me: That tend to slide off when i jog because of my sweat.
Future mum-in-law: You dont need one because you wont be able to hear properly anyway when you run.
Me: ...... :(

The cons to living near a mall.

I end up buying TWO (but nearly THREE!)
pairs of gorgeous korean flats.

So many happy colours to choose from!

The best part is,
they are superrrr comfy
and also a cheap bargain!

God, I love silver linings.

Woke up early on a Saturday.

Paid my bills
and shopped on my own
at Bangsar Village II
for the Ted Baker's sale
starts today!

I spent RM721 in one shop
for only an hour. T_T

But Im a girly girl after all
and i love how retail therapy cheers you up
despite the big hole in your pocket.

Thank god for the person
who came up with credit cards. T_T

My illness has gotten worse today
and i just cant understand
for the life of me why
after ive been doing so much better
for this past 5 days.

This thing is seriously draining me out
and the only thing im looking forward to now
considering my exams have been postponed to September
is my favourite twins from England
coming to visit :)

but i reported my visa credit card missing
just yesterday,
when it decided to show up today,
stuck behind one of my other card
in my wallet the entire time(!),
after costing me RM50 on a replacement. -_-

to browse through this shop in Suntec
and i have found the perfect Christmas dress,
which would match perfectly with my gold topshop earrings!






The only problem?



Even after the Christmas discount,
it's S$195++ for the dress.

Which if converted,
it would be RM455++ ...... O_O

Retail Therapy.

Nothing beats having to scout the mall
for pretty things with your sister
during the megasale on a Wednesday afternoon.

Bought an AX shirt for 60% off,
a pair of lingeries with 30% off,
and a high waist belt twice more expensive
than the dress im about to match it with.

Besides that,
we bonded a lot.

More than we have been for the last 19 years of sisterhood
and it felt nice.




On a really random note,
Im starting to miss England a lot.





But I honestly still wouldn't trade it
with being back here and the people i love.

it's time to go dress hunting!

I've been scouting online during study breaks
to look for something smart casual for the evening,
and am thinking of going with a dress with some SPRING colours.

Well at least it wasn't like last year,
which was strictly orange and black,
and I was nearly going bonkers
just by searching for a nice orange dress. -_-


Got ideas of how i would like my dress to be,
and can't wait till exams are over
so i could start hunting for them.

Here are what I have in mind so far.

I just feel that she's got some lovely taste.

I really like this.
The 'flower-bed-like' colours and the pokadots are just charming.

It will go well with it being semi-casual.

I love the wooden looking belt.






I don't quite fancy the dress on the model that is standing,
but the one in yellow is just absolutely stunning.

I practically sat on that bloody chair
and stoned out for almost freaking 2 hours with nothing to do.
